Personal Data Collection Statement & Booking Terms

1. Purpose of Data Collection

Little Paws grooming (the “Company”) collects your and your pet's personal data (including name, phone number, email, pet's name, breed, age, weight and special notes) only for the following purposes:

• •Processing, arranging and confirming pet grooming bookings;
• •Preparing grooming supplies and understanding your pet's needs in advance;
• •Contacting you about booking-related matters (including WhatsApp / phone follow-up);
• •Internal records, preventing double bookings and improving customer service.

2. Categories of Data Collected

Name, contact phone, email (optional), pet details (name, breed, age, weight, notes). The Company does not collect ID card, credit card or sensitive financial data.

3. Data Transfer & Disclosure

Except in the following cases, the Company will not disclose your data to third parties:

• •Our internal grooming team, only as needed to carry out a booking;
• •With your consent, or where permitted or required by law (including statutory requirements under Part 8 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance);
• •Service providers we engage (e.g. booking system, SMS notifications), bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Retention

Your data will be retained for up to 7 years after the booking is completed and related customer service ends, for customer-service follow-up, pet care records and to meet tax and accounting legal requirements; it will then be deleted or anonymised, unless otherwise required by law. You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time.

5. Data Security

The Company takes reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, processing, deletion, loss or damage.

6. Access & Correction Rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access and request correction of the personal data we hold. Please make such requests via WhatsApp 3564 9303 or email. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Use & Service Contact

The personal and pet data you provide will be used to provide and follow up on grooming services, including: confirming and arranging bookings, contact and reminders before and after service, care progress and grooming outcome follow-up, pet health or care advice, and handling customer-service matters. These uses are the original purposes at the time of collection and require no separate consent.

8. Data Will Not Be Sold or Rented

The Company will not sell, rent or exchange your personal data to any third party for marketing or other commercial purposes. Data is only disclosed to third parties in the limited circumstances set out in clause 3 of this statement.

10. Booking Terms

• •Once a booking is confirmed, the relevant time slot will be reserved.
• •To change or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• •Please declare your pet's health condition and special needs truthfully so care can be carried out safely.
• •We reserve the right to decline or adjust a booking.
